On an installation
Sixteen years, the same observation
On a remote site, the accident is almost never the main problem. The problem is what happens in the twenty minutes that follow. Who raises the alarm, who fetches the equipment, who opens the gate, who stays with the casualty. Those twenty minutes cannot be improvised, and no generic framework prepares them.
KABUTO grew out of that observation. Train teams where they work, with their equipment, on their real risks. And when someone has to be brought home after all, provide the nurse who escorts them the whole way.
I'm Hary
State‑registered nurse. Former military paratrooper nurse, nine years of active service then reservist. Volunteer firefighter for seven years, and I was already training new recruits. Everyone calls me Hary, including in the field.
I have spent most of the last sixteen years where help does not arrive quickly. In uniform in the Sahel, then in critical care in a Paris hospital, and since then on remote sites: drilling rigs, camps, oil installations. Places where the nearest doctor is several hours of track away, when there is one.
Everywhere, I saw the same thing happen again and again. The accident is almost never the real problem. The real problem is the twenty minutes that follow, and the fact that nobody has ever rehearsed them.
I ended up telling myself I could take care of it. Not by selling a copied framework, but by coming on site, with your equipment, on your risks. And when someone has to be brought home, by going myself.
KABUTO is a young company, and I am not going to pretend otherwise. What is not young is the field experience behind it.

Helping where we go
In the countries where we work, we also try to be useful outside the missions. We get in touch with a foundation or an orphanage, and we bring clothes, toys and supplies for those who need them.
It is not a programme, nor a sales argument. Just a habit we keep.
Three commitments
Nothing unverifiable
No client logos, no invented testimonials, no figure we cannot justify. The photographs come from real sessions.
The written framework
Every module states whether it awards a national certificate or a KABUTO certificate of attendance. No grey areas.
The bad news
If your insurance already covers this need, we say so. If an exercise reveals a weakness, it goes in the report.

A recent company, and we are not trying to suggest otherwise. The experience is that of its trainers, not that of the SIREN number.

Qualiopi Not yet obtained: our courses therefore cannot be funded by an OPCO, a French sector training fund, at this stage, and we say so before the question is asked.
