What we collect
This site asks for no registration and creates no account. The only data we receive is what you send us voluntarily, through the contact form or by email.
The quote form collects your name and your email address, and optionally your company, your phone number, the location, the headcount, the dates considered and your message. It sends nothing on its own: it prepares a message in your own email software, which you read over and send yourself.
Why, and for how long
- Purpose. To answer your request and draw up a quote. Nothing else.
- Legal basis. Your enquiry, which falls under pre‑contractual measures taken at your request, article 6.1.b of the General Data Protection Regulation.
- Retention. Three years from our last exchange, then deletion. Contractual documents are kept for the time required by accounting and tax obligations.
Who has access
The president of KABUTO, alone. Your data is neither sold, nor rented, nor passed to third parties for commercial purposes. Messages pass through our email provider, which acts as a technical service provider.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies, no third‑party audience measurement trackers, and shares nothing with ad networks. No consent banner is needed.
Trainees and training
As part of the training, KABUTO processes trainees’ surname, first name and assessment results, in order to produce the end‑of‑training certificates of attendance provided for in article L6353‑1 of the French Labour Code and the SST certificates.
This data is passed to the client company that ordered the training, and kept for the time required by vocational training regulations.
Your rights
You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection concerning your data. To exercise them, write to contact@kabuto‑training‑evac.fr. We reply within 30 days.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, www.cnil.fr.
Changes
This policy may change. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
