Drilling site
Four constraints
A framework written for a French factory assumes that public emergency services will arrive. On your site, that assumption fails, and the rest of the training with it.
Response time
The first outside resource is often several hours away. The team on site is the only rescue.
The equipment
We train on your extinguishers, your hoses, your stretcher. Not on demonstration equipment.
Mixed teams
Expatriates and local staff, French and English. The materials and the pace adapt.
The evacuation
Training is not enough without a credible evacuation plan. We say so if the arrangement does not hold.
We come to you
You operate a site, you run a camp, you lead a safety team. Here is what a KABUTO session changes at your site, and what it does not.
Your local teams We train your national staff, not just your expatriates. The first‑aider who counts is the one already on site when the accident happens, not the one who lands six hours later. It is also the one who stays when the expatriate team has been rotated out.
A French certification The SST certificate, France's statutory workplace first‑aider certificate, is issued under the INRS framework, the French national institute for occupational health and safety. It is a document your principals and your auditors recognise, and which international groups operating in French‑speaking Africa know well.
Your working language Sessions in French or in English, materials in the chosen language. With mixed teams, the pace adapts: nobody leaves with a certificate he did not understand.
Your self‑sufficiency The aim is not for you to call us back every month. It is for your team to hold the first twenty minutes on its own, with your equipment, on your risks. We come back to maintain, not to replace.
An honest view If your evacuation plan does not hold, we tell you during the session and we write it in the report. Training a team without a credible evacuation route behind it is selling paper.
Two activities, all year round
Training On mining, gas and oil sites, and for international organisations. First aid, fire, emergency response teams, mass casualty exercises. Sessions in French or in English, with the site's own equipment.
Evacuation Medical evacuation missions, in particular within European civilian missions. Nurse escort from the point of pick‑up through to the facility receiving the patient.
Off mission Life‑saving awareness sessions for schools and associations, on hand hygiene and first aid. It is not invoiced, it is simply what we do when we are already there.
